All services are subject to a separate agreement, proposal, or invoice outlining the scope of work.

3. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Payments and Invoicing

  • All services are prepaid unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

  • Payments are accepted via approved third-party gateways.

  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless specified differently in a custom proposal.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellation & Termination

  • You may cancel any service request by notifying us in writing at least 48 hours before the start of the project.

  • Once a project has commenced, cancellation policies outlined in the Refund Policy will apply.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service at any time due to violation of these terms or abusive behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including reports, templates, strategies, and visuals, are the intellectual property of Business Haven Consulting unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse our work without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us. Any information exchanged during consultation will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
