1. General Policy
At Business Haven Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality professional services tailored to each client’s unique business needs. Due to the customized and time-sensitive nature of our consulting services, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Full Refund: If the client cancels a service request at least 48 hours before the agreed start date and before any work has commenced.

Partial Refund: If a cancellation occurs after partial work has been completed, a prorated refund may be issued based on the portion of work not yet delivered.

No Refund: Once the service has been fully rendered, or the client has approved delivered materials, no refund will be issued.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

Delays caused by the client (e.g., lack of required information, non-responsiveness).

Change of mind after work has started.

Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations not covered in the signed agreement or proposal.

Services purchased as part of a discounted or promotional offer.
4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, clients must:

Include a clear explanation for the cancellation or refund.

Provide relevant documentation (e.g., invoice number, scope of work).
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, funds will be returned via the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
5. Service Modification
In some cases, instead of a refund, clients may opt to:

Apply the paid amount to another service.

Postpone the service to a later mutually agreed date.
