Business Haven Consultancy · Effective date: 1 November 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website business-haven.consulting and of the general electronic communication channels of Business Haven Consultancy (“Business Haven”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including email and WhatsApp. By using the website or these channels, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Company and Services
Business Haven Consultancy is a business consultancy based in New Damietta, Egypt. We provide advisory services in areas such as finance and accounting, business strategy and development, feasibility studies, digital transformation and software system implementation, human resources, and marketing. Details of our services are published on this website.
3. Website Use
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
- interfere with the website’s security or operation, or introduce malicious code;
- use the website to send unsolicited or misleading communications; or
- copy or reuse website content except as permitted in Section 9.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
4. Professional Consulting Engagements
These Terms govern use of the website and our general communication channels only. They do not replace any consulting agreement, engagement letter, proposal or other contract signed between you and Business Haven.
Each consulting engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, which sets out the scope of work, fees, payment terms, deliverables and responsibilities. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
5. Service Descriptions and Information
Information on this website, including service descriptions, articles and examples, is provided for general information only. It is not professional, financial, tax or legal advice for your specific situation and should not be relied on as such. Advice is provided only within a formal engagement.
We aim to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete or current at all times.
6. Customer Communications
We may communicate with you by email, telephone or WhatsApp about enquiries, engagements, invoices and related matters, using the contact details you have provided to us. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and for telling us if they change.
Communications sent through these channels do not by themselves change the terms of any signed agreement. Changes to an engagement must be agreed in writing as set out in that agreement.
7. WhatsApp Notifications and Payment Reminders
If you are a client, we may send you WhatsApp notifications about invoices, including reminders before and after the due date. These reminders are generated automatically from our records at the time they are sent.
- An automated reminder does not on its own establish that a balance is legally due or correct, and it does not confirm whether a payment has or has not been received.
- If you dispute an amount, have already paid, or need clarification, reply to the message or contact us. A member of our team will review the matter, and reminders for that invoice may be paused while it is reviewed.
- You can ask to stop optional WhatsApp messages at any time. This does not affect any amount owed under a signed agreement.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta, and your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.
8. AI-Assisted Communications
We use artificial intelligence tools to help classify incoming messages and prepare replies. AI-assisted replies are intended to help us respond efficiently; they may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace the terms of any signed agreement.
Decisions about disputed balances, legal matters or changes to an engagement are made by our team, not by AI tools alone. You can request human assistance at any time by asking in your reply or by contacting us directly.
9. Intellectual Property
The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design, belong to Business Haven or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal or internal business reference. Any other copying, reproduction or distribution requires our prior written permission.
Ownership of deliverables produced within a consulting engagement is governed by the relevant signed agreement.
10. Third-Party Services
The website and our communication channels rely on third-party services, such as WhatsApp (Meta), workflow automation and business management software, analytics and hosting providers. The website may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, which are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. To ask us to delete your personal data, see our Data Deletion Instructions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and general information on it are provided “as is”, and Business Haven is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on general information published on it.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liability in connection with a consulting engagement is governed by the relevant signed agreement.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or our communication channels after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, subject to any mandatory rules of applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless a signed agreement between us provides otherwise.
